NOTIFICATION ON THE PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS

We would like to inform you, as personal data subjects, that in pursuance of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine on Protection of Personal Data No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 as amended (hereinafter - the Law), PIRAEUS BANK ICB JSC (hereinafter - the Bank) registered the following databases of personal data:

a database of personal data of the Bank customers for ensuring customer service and provision of banking services;
a database of personal data of the Bank employees for ensuring the realization of labor relations, administrative and legal, tax relations and financial accounting;
a database of personal data of the Bank counterparties for ensuring proper implementation of the Bank’s economic activity.

The personal data databases are located at: Kyiv, 11, Biloruska Str. The personal data databases are owned by the Bank.
