Especially for the new depositors Piraeus Bank in Ukraine has developed a flexible instrument for reliable short term funds placement for with high interest rate, deposit “Sky High”. In particular, the new deposit program provides placement of client’s free funds for up to four months with monthly interest payments. Moreover, the longer the term of the deposit is, the higher the interest rate will be, starting from 14% per annum in hryvnya for the first month to 22% for the fourth month.
New deposit has very loyal terms of early withdrawal and allows depositors to earn high interests. It is important for those clients, who want to have the opportunity to withdraw their money, if necessary, and at the same time not to lose the interest on the deposit. Thus, interest for the full months of funds placement will remain, and the interest for the last unfinished month will be counted under the lowered interest rate, 10% per annum. “To early withdraw the full amount of the deposit one should apply to the bank with written application in 2 working days before the desired date of getting the funds”, Deputy Director of Retail Banking Department Oleksandr Gnilenko explains.
