Piraeus Bank has signed the Ukraine Business Compact

Piraeus Bank has signed the Ukraine Business Compact, a statement of international business support for Ukraine’s recovery, which was officially launched at the “Ukraine Recovery Conference” on June 21/22 in London.

The Conference 2023 is a continuation of the cycle of annual events with the last one conducted jointly with Switzerland in Lugano, in which the Declaration “Lugano Principles” was presented which are the guiding principles for the recovery process in Ukraine.

“Piraeus Bank has signed the Ukraine Business Compact, displaying our support to the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine. The aim of the Compact is to help Ukraine to modernise, build a resilient and agile economy and emerge from the current conflict as a strong and prosperous state. Our engagement in all possible ways to contribute to the social and economic renaissance of this great country is our duty” stressed Yannis Kyriakopoulos, Chairman of the Board of Piraeus Bank.
