The composition and content of the collected personal data are determined by the purpose (purposes) of personal data processing specified in each of the certificates of state registration of the personal data base.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the purposes of such processing and within the limits set by law.
In cases specified by law, in the interests of national security, economic prosperity and human rights to ensure compliance with the law in the field of preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing only in compliance with the law and current legislation of Ukraine certain personal data may be transferred third parties, including members of the international banking group Piraeus with mandatory compliance with the requirements for the protection of such personal data.
